Do you provide sales and service outside the Austin area?
Unfortunately, we only can serve the region in and around Austin, Texas. This includes some of the outlying small cities near Austin, but our service area does not include, for example, San Antonio.
When I pick swatches, will a flooring specialist bring them?
Yes, after you select the swatches you like, our flooring specialist will show up at your home in a branded vehicle, carrying many of your selections (as well as some additional selections). The process of trying out the swatches in your home can take as little as a few minutes, or we can spend a longer time discussing some options and recommendations based on your preferences. We’ll take as long as you like!
I’ve been seeing in the news that some laminate can be hazardous. Can you assure me your laminate is safe for my home?
Chase Flooring sources laminate flooring from suppliers who make product to our specifications. Our specifications require adherence to all environmental, health, and safety requirements of the U.S. federal government, including formaldehyde emissions. And, where applicable, we adhere to regulatory agencies such as the California Air Resources Board. Our suppliers have their products tested at independent certified labs and then provide certifications to us on a regular basis. We only accept products that are certified to meet CARB requirements. In addition, on an annual basis, we also randomly test our products at the Hardwood Products Veneer Association (HPVA) lab in Virginia for OSHA requirements.
Chase Flooring has been in business more than 20 years, and we have always stood by our products. We strive to ensure all of our products fulfill the needs and desires of our customers, keeping safety first and foremost in everything we do.
What kind of training and certification does your staff have?
We don’t use contractors or short-term laborers to do our installations. Our installers are employees of Chase Flooring, and they are highly trained, CRI-certified installation specialists.
If I pick swatches that don’t look good in my home, can I request additional swatches?
Of course! And there is never a charge for requesting additional swatch alternatives.
What is the program where you donate flooring to needy families?
Chase Flooring created The Community Room as a non-profit that could be used to help people in need in the Austin area. The Community Room will donate a room of flooring to a needy person each month. Chase Flooring is a family owned business that has been in operation in the Austin area for over 21 years. The company felt the need to give back in a way that was impactful to the recipients and in keeping with our core business.
You really do offer a lifetime warranty on installation?
Yes, we confidently offer a lifetime warranty on installation, for as long as you own the home. We offer this warranty because our installers are very talented. We don’t hire contractors or short-term laborers to do installation. Our installers are employees of Chase Flooring, and they are highly trained, CRI-certified, and uniformed installation specialists.
